Floppy Hat M90 NCWR.

The Floppy Hat in Swedish type (old school) M90 camouflage is made for Nordic conditions and has a breathable membrane lining, we call this feature NCWR - "Nordic Conditions Water Resistant"

The use of the hat are rainy Swedish forests in summer and autumn, vast and deserted semi open Laplandic or harsh archipelago nature.

The hat is made in a sturdy fabric but is still floppy and could easily be folded and stored in a pocket and we have avoided any metal in the brim (for shapeing) or infact on the whole hat (rivets/net holes).

Sewn ventilation holes lets warm air out from your head to keep your head comfortable and cool and the all around short brim keeps rain or sunlight out from eyes, ears and neck.

A thick and durable chinstrap keeps the hat firmly in place on your head with fastening points both below your chin and at the same time on the back of your head with two cord locks, excellent when in windy conditions above the treeline or for an example on an open boat.

Note! This is not your average warm weather jungle hat, this is a thicker model made for nordic harsh conditions!

The Floppy Hat M90 NCWR from TAC-UP GEAR features:
- Sturdy M90 camouflage fabric printed with Anti IR colors and treated for water resistance.
- Breathable and waterproof PFTE lining, Note seam is not taped, moisture could penetrate it is not a rainhat per se.
- Glow in the dark cord end in separate plastic bag to be mounted on the chinstrap if you wish.
- Loop fabric "diamond" on top usable for example recognition IR patch.

Outer shell: 50% Polyester 50% Cotton weave = Varpsatin.
Infrared resistance M90 camouflage color print.
Flame resistant treated fabric.
Lining: 100% polyester with PTFE membrane. Static hydraulic pressure: 15000 mm
Lining Breath-ability: 5000g/m2.24h (without shell).

Please read care label inside carefully before washing, hand wash with mild non bleach detergent like soap is preferable!
Do not dry product in tumble dryer.
Do not use hot iron on garment.
Heat the end of the chinstrap and pinch with a flatnose plyers to make the string fit into the glow in the dark cord end, if you do not wish to ude the cord end just make a simple knot on the end of the shinstrap.

Note, this hat has the feel and look like issued equipment but is at point of writing not accepted by SAF or has anything to do with any Swedish issued M90 uniform, and is for your personal enjoyjment only!
