For the best fit, measure your favourite training T-shirt while laid flat. Measure across the chest from armpit to armpit and compare your measurements with the chart below.

Care Instructions

• Machine wash at 40–60°C or hand wash.
• Wash inside out to help preserve the laminated reflective print.
• Laminated prints may gradually fade or wear over time through normal use and repeated washing.
• Keep away from fire.
